WHEREAS by Bylaw No. 2324 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam cited
as the "Patricia Avenue (800 Block) Road Closure Bylaw, 1987, No. 2324" a certain
portion of lane therein described located in the City of Port Coquitlam in the

°rovince of british Columbia was stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE BE If RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the Minister of Municipal! Affairs
of the Province of British Columbia praying on behalf of the City for abandonment of
the saic portion of lane described in Byiaw No. 2324 and the vesting of fhe title of
the lanu comprising the same in The Corporation of the City of Port Coquittam.
