BYLAW NO. 2236

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Those Certain parcels of fand situated in Port Coquittam, British Columbia which
are more particularly described as:

(a) Lot 114, Plan 24877; and
(b) Lot 386, Plan 5954];

botn of the Southeast Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, New westminster District
are hereby rezoned from RS-! (Single Family Residential) to RS-IA (Single Family
Residential) and tne Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

26 This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2236".
