RE: Vehicular Testing Programme

At the Council Meeting held May 11, 1987, a referral detailed in the
attached Council resolution from the City’s Environmental Protection
Committee received unanimous approval. .

We request that the attached resolution be reviewed by your Council and
would seek their support in urging the Provincial Government to initiate a
Vehicular Testing Programme in British Columbia.
