Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No, 1651".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as foltows: :

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which
are more particularly described as:

Lots 42, 43 and 44

District Lot 479°

Group One

Pian 2145

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RM-1
Family Residential). and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning

Bylaw, 1979, Noe: 1651" is. hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as. the NCity of. Port Coquitlam Zoning»
