BYLAW NO. 2105

A Bylaw to amand the "City of Port Coquitiam Pound and Animal Regulation
Bylaw, 1970, No, 1020",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The "City of Port Coquitiam Pound and Animal Regulation Bylaw, 1970, No.
1020" is amended by adding, after Section 4, +he following as Section 4A:

"4A = Every person owning or having the custody, care, or control of any dog
Shall not allow or Suffer such dog to leave or deposit manure, dung, feces,
or excrement on any public place or private property other than the hroperty
of the owner unfess the owner shal | immediately take steps to remove such
manure, dung, feces, or excrement and dispose of the same In a san! tary
manner,"
