BACKGROUND & COMMENTS : Normally the Parks & Recreation Department would not be asking for early budget. approval of equipment; however, our parks crews presently do not have any kind of fertilizer spreader and in order for us to continue with the spring maintenance of the grass areas, we desperately need the fertilizer spreader.
