Re: Revision to Schedule A.

Development Services Agreement
(1985 Program and Budget)

Further to the consideration of the above matter at the Managers’
Committee on July 25, 1984 this ts to confirm that the Committee endorsed
a proposed 1985 program equivalent to the 1984 program plus 4% for wage
increases and cost of living adjustment. On the above basis the total
cost of the 1985 program would be $953,756 of which your municipality's
share would be $15,642 based on the 1984 assessment base for hospital
district purposes. (See attached table).

You wii? recall that the agreements provide the municipalities must
advise the Regional Distrist prior to September 1 of each year if they
wish to terminate their participation in Development Services for the
forthcoming year. Therefore unless I hear from you to the contrary by

_ September 1, 1984 I will assume that your municipality wishes to
participate in the 1985 program.

In September, the Technical Advisory Committee will be asked to further
review the proposed work program bearing in mind the target budget set by
the Managers' Committee. It is our intention to have a final 1985
program before you at your next meeting either in late September or early
October. ;
