‘Coquitlam. wilt hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, July
28th, .1980 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following: proposed by-law to amend

the "City of Pert Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1979, No. 1651":

By-law No. 1766: to rezone Lot 104, Block "F', SE,

of Section 7, Township 40, Plan 20984, New Westminstex
District, from RS-1 to RI-1.
_. This property is addressed as 747-749 Chelsea Avenue and.
/ is the site of an existing duplex. The rezoning is. being
“undertaken at the request of the owner so that the property
may be placed in the correct zone for its current use.
, A copy of the proposed By~law may be inspected in the Office
of the City Clerk, Port: Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above
between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30: p.m. - on working days - from
July 17th, 1980 to July 28th, 1980.

All persons who, deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by-laws shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
