Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Ranger inquired regarding off-site servicing and the amount of road improvements which the developer would be responsible for and Alderman Mabbett advised Westminster Avenue would be {mproved to the lane east of Oxford Street and Alderman Keryluk pointed out that Oxford Street would be widened and improved adjacent to the development as far as Westminster Avenue.
