BY-LAW NO. 1717,

A By-law to authorize the continuance of a grant of Lease to
‘the British Columbia Buildings Corporation. ;

WHEREAS the "Justice Building Lease Authorization By-law, 1977,
No. 1560" of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam authorized the

granting of a certain Lease to the British Columbia Buildings Corporation;

AND WHEREAS it is desired to continue the said Lease upon the

terms and condition set forth in the Schedule "A" attached to this By-law;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City

of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam hereby eases unto the British Columbia Building Corporation
the lands described in the Schedule "A" attached hereto for the period of
time and on the terms and subject to the conditions set ont in the Lease
hereunto attached and marked Schedule "A".

2. The Mayor.and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam are are hereby authorized to sign the said Lease on behalf of

the City and to affix the.City's Corporate Seal thereto.

3. . This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Justice Building

Lease Continuance Authorization By-law, 1979, No. 1717".
