Re: Walkway at Rear of Larkspur

On July 4th, 1978 I inspected the proposed walkway site. Now
that the adjacent development is underway it is possible to- visualize the
negative effect of landscaping and constructing a walkway as shown on the

orginal proposals.

I would recommend the 33' road allowance be left in its present
condition and any monies collected from the Developer ($6,000.) for this

work be refunded.
