THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM NOTICE OF PUBIC HEARING ZONING BY-LAW C ¢ | N C : APR 17 1978 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, April 17th, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918": By-law No. 1590: to rezone (a) Lot 2, Block X, District Lots 255 and 384, Group One, Plan 7387, New Westminster District (b) Parcel "A", Block X, District Lots 255 and 384, Group One, Plan 24243, New Westminster District from RS-2 (One Family Suburban Residential) to RS-1 (One Family Residential). These properties have the civic addresses of 1659 and 1675 Pitt River Road and are located on the east side of Pitt River Road and extend through to Taylor Street. It is expected that approximately 33 residential lots will be completed following completion of the re—- zoning procedures. A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. te 4:30 p-m.* - on working days — from April 6th to April 17th, 1978. All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing on matters contained in the by-law. R.A.
