All that portion of the South 330 feet of Block V of District
Lot 255, Group One, New Westminster District as shown on
registered plan 4653, included within the red outline on By-law
Plan sworr by Walter E, Frith, B.C.L.S. and dated the 23rd day
.Of November 1976, a copy of which is attached
at or for the price or sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and in exchange for that

certain parcel or tract of land described in the preceding Section hereof,

3. That part of. Taylor Street outlined in green on the said plan of

W.E. Frith, B.C.L.S., is hereby closed and stopped up to traffic ef all

kinds. 7

4, The said. lands to be so purchased as aforesaid shall, when so
conveyed to the City, be established as an addition to the roads in District
Lot 255, Group One, New Westminster District.

5. The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam are hereby authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds, maps,
receipts and other documents on behalf of the said City as may be necessary
for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

6, This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Taylor Street

Plan 2106 Highway Exchange By-law, 1976, No. 1491!
