CONSTITUTION

The object. of the Society ts to provide workshop for the handicapped, disabled
and disadvantaged and to provide them with a habilitation and rehebilitaticn progres.

The operation of this Society shall be chiefly carried out in the present bound-
cles of the provinctal offices of Siaon Fraser Health Unit.

MENDERSRIP

The menbership in ths Secioty shall consist of the subscribers and euch intiyige
uals, corporstions, societies or associations who support the aina of the Society and
pay the current annual menberahip fee.

Those nenbers vho have paid thetr current menbership fee shall he eligible to ous
“** 8* the Society's Annual Hoeting of aeabers. There shall be no vots by proxy.

The recbership fees for each’ clasai ficaticn shall be fixed from ties te tine by

The officers of the Society shall consiat of a Prealdsat, Vice-Preaident, Secratary,

Rreasarer and two mecbers at large who shall be elected by the Board of Directors frow
its sexbership at {ts first Seeting after the Annual Heeting of the Society for a tera
of one year or until their Successors have been elected and qualified.

No person deriving ony financial benefit froz the Scelety shall be eligible to
become a Director or Ofiicer,

of the President or ony five Directors. One third of the total nuaber of Directors

An audit shall bo made at the end of the year dy a Chartered Accountant approved
by the Zocdety for this purpose,
