The Municipal Councit! of The Corporation of the City
of Port Gogquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as
follows:

1. The Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City
of Port Coquittam hereby leases unto Ms. Deane McKamey the
‘fands described in the Schedule "an attached hereto for the
period of time and on the terms and subject to the conditions
set out In- the Lease attached hereto and marked Schedule "At,

2. The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquititam are hereby authorized to sign the said-
