BYLAW NO. 2569

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

l.

Lot 14 and Lot 15,

Block 5,

District Lot 380,

Group One,

Plan 2155,

New Weatminster District;

are hereby rezoned from RT-1L (Two-Family Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be eited for all purposes a8 "Pert Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 2569".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 18th day of February, 1932.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 18th day of February, 1991.

Public Hearing held this lith day of March, 1991.
