That City Council adopt a resolution issuing a development variance
permit to Lot 17, Block M, District Lot 466, Plan 13361, New Westminster

Land District relaxing the rear yard setback requirement of the Zoning
Bylaw Section 34(7) from 6 metres to 4 metres.

That the Hydro Poles in the pavement at the Inverness/Patricta and
Inverness/Hamilton ‘intersections be scheduled for removal in 1987 and
+hat funds be provided In the 1987 Budget for this work.

at Lions Way Crosswalk.

That a wheelchair ramp be Installed in the sidewalk on Shaughnessy
Street at Lions Way and the approximate cost of $300.00 be taken from the
unallocated funds in the Public Works budget.

existing sanitary sewer without extending it across his frontage and that
the City budget next year for the extension of sanitary sewer along the
