NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ZONING BYLAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
“City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, BoC. on January 31st,
1983 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed bylaw to amend the

"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651":

Bylaw No. 1933: to rezone Lot 2 and 3, Block "J", District Lot 289,

Group. One, Plan 2076, “New Westminster District, from RS~1 to RT-1.
This property is located at 2352/58 Shaughnessy Street and is currently

occupied by a four-unit apartment building that does not conform with the
provisions of the City's Zoning Bylaw. The actual use of the property will
not be affected by this Zoning Bylaw but should the apartment building be
destroyed or demolished the RTI zoning desiqnation proposed would permit a
duplex to be constructed on the property.

A copy of the. proposed bylaw and other relevant documents may be
inspected “in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at
the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. on
regular business days, from the date of this Notice until the Public
Hearing. © |

All persons who deem their interest in property at “ected by the
Proposed bylaw shall be afforded en opportunity to be heard et the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the bylaw.
