One, Plan 2076, “New Westminster District, from RS~1 to RT-1. This property is located at 2352/58 Shaughnessy Street and is currently occupied by a four-unit apartment building that does not conform with the provisions of the City's Zoning Bylaw. The actual use of the property will not be affected by this Zoning Bylaw but should the apartment building be destroyed or demolished the RTI zoning desiqnation proposed would permit a duplex to be constructed on the property.
