Goudal & Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors and assigned No. C~3074-80, from RS-2 to RS-1. This property is addressed as 831 Prairie Avenue and the rezoning is being undertaken to permit the rezoning and subdivision of adjacent property pursuant to the provisions of Zoning Amendwent By-law No. 1796.
