SUBJECT to the City becoming the owner of Lot 119 and the Port
Coquitlam (Pacific No. 113) Branch of the Royal Canadian Legion becoming
the owner of Lot 118;
THAT a payment to the said Branch of the Royal Canadian Legion in the
amount of $20,285.00 be and the said is hereby authorized;
AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute
the necessary deeds, plans, and other documents necessary for the purposes
aforesaid and to affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto.

Right-of-Way by a watermain at mile 110.1 Cascade Subdivision be and the
same are hereby approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign

the said drawings on behalf of the City.
