A Vancouver travel agency "Travels by George" is hoping to organize
tour to pottery centres in Mexico in October, 1976. We will have more
information about this in the next newsletter.

Summer Schools: Summer Institute Vancouver School of Art is offering
two classes in pottery. The first session June 21st to July 16th:
Pottery by John Reeve. The Second session July 19th to August 13th:
Raku by Robert Pipenberg.

Okanagan Summer School of the Arts July 12th to 31st. A class in pottery

Arts Alliance Fair, at Lewis Park, Courtenay, Vancouver Is. will be held

WANTED: B. S. De Aquiar, the Hermitage, Hornby Island, VOR 120, needs
a potter to assist in throwing pots to help him keep up his supply for

MICHAEL CARDEW: I've been saving this for the last as it seems too
good to be true. Michael Cardew plans to be in Vancouver the first
week in August and will be available to give a workshop. We will let
you know as soon as the time and place are arranged. In the meantime
keep your fingers crossed.

Hope to see a good turnout for the meeting on the 19th and also
for our gala opening for Ceramics' 76 on the 23rd.
