Northwest Community College has an opening for a
Clerk Ill, Office Systems. This is a full-time, continuing
appointment commencing September 1, 1990. The sal-
ary will be in accordance with the College agreement
with the B.C.G.E.U. Clerk Ill Scale.

DUTIES: Under the supervision of the Office Systems
Supervisor, to provide clerical support services to pro-
grams. To establish and maintain filing systems for
student records, instructional materials, curriculum
documents and other related information. To use word
processing equipment and associated computer pro-
grams in the production of learning, instructional
materials, exams and schedules.

EDUCATION: Secondary School graduation or equiva-
lent combination of work, education and experience.

SKILLS: Ability to type a minimum of 50 w.p.m., to type
from a dictaphone at a reasonable speed, to operate
the photocopying machines and to operate the various
computer and word processing equipment. The ability
to relate well with staff and the student body.

~ EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two years (preferably re-

cent) clerical experience.
