Development Variance Permit Application 36/94

“RECOMMENDATION:

1. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Variance
Permit No. 36/94 Under Section 974 of the Municipal Act; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when
completed, subject to:

a) Completion of a subdivision design to the satisfaction of the
Municipality;

b) Approval of the subdivision plan by the Approving Officer;

c) Completion of the Engineering Department requirements to the
satisfaction of the Municipality;

Completion of the Parks and Recreation Department requirements to the

satisfaction of the Municipality;

Registration of a restrictive covenant on the properties to prevent
new buildings from being converted to contain secondary sultea;

Demolition of the detached garage; and

Completion of Rezoning Application No. 22/94.
