A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port
Coquitlam, BC on Monday, March 14, 1994, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, W.W. Stewart,
R.H. Talbot, and M.A. Thomrpson were in attendance

i Also in attendance were Acting City Administrator J.G.S. Maitland, City Clerk S. Rauh, City
Engineer I.R. Zahynacz, Planner J. Lee, and Director of Parks and Recreation, K.J. Taylor.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Fin Donnelly, Dayna Hamerston, Kirsten
Aichbergez, and Thelma McAdam, who each gave a brief representation as to the benefits of

ozone water treatment.

_ That the Recommendations to the GVRD Water Committee submitted by Fin Domneliy, Dayna
~ Hamerston, Kirsten Aichberger, and Thelma McAdam regarding the benefits of ozone water
treatment be referred to the Environmental Protection Committee. |

From the City Clerk, March 14, 1994 regarding Development Variance Permit No. 96/93 for
3160 Oxford Street. |

. : Mr. Mike Forrest, 1620 Knappen Street requested clarification of Lot width.

That as recommended by the Director of Planning in his memorandun of January 17, 1994 the _
Voluntary Development Variance Permit be issued for 3160 Oxford Street. oe |
