The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges. Registration of a restrictive covenant on the property to prevent new buildings from being converted to contain secondary suites and consistent with the guidelines set for the Riverwood Area. BACKGROUND : This application is to rezene cae property at 2455 Ottawa Street From A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-1 (Large lot Residential) and RS—2 (Small Lot Residential) to permit a 7 lot subdivision. The area is designated as "Residential" in the Official Community Plan. COMMENTS FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS: 1. Lots 1 to 4 not to be allowed in isolation. 2. Ottawa Street to be developed to the ultimate development standards for the Riverwood area. ‘This will include roads, storm, sanitary, sanitary, watermain, sidewalks, curb and gutters and ornamental street Lighting.
