BYLAW NO. 2663

A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240”

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land aituated in Port Coquitlam, Britiah Columbia
which is mere particularly described as: : |

Block "Q”

District Lot 479

Group One

Plan 16503

New Weatminater District

is hereby rezoned from RS~1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS~2 (Small
Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposea as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2683”,
Read a first time by the Municipal Council thia 25th day of May, 1992.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of May, 1992.

Public Hearing held this 15th day of June, 1992.
