From the City Clerk, May 16th, 1988 regarding Development Variance
Permit No. 26/88 - 1870 Harbour Street.

No one was present to speak regarding the Development Variance Permit.

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of April 18th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved for Lots 2 and 3, D.L. 232, NWLD Plan 6269 waiving requirements of
the Subdivision Servicing Bylaw Sections 407 and 408, requiring service
installation.

Carried.
