BYLAW NO.

A Bylaw to Amend the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Section 905(1) cf "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" (the "Zoning Bylaw") is amended by deleting paragraphs
(kK) and (1).

Section 906(1) of the Zoning Bylaw is amended by renumbering
paragraphs (c) as (d) and adding the following clause as
paragraph (c):

*(c) Retail of sale of groceries and confections, occupying
a maximum floor area of 200 square metres, accessory to
a service station use."

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No.
