Those portions of Road shown dedicated on Plan 2540, New Westminster District,

described in Section | hereof, are hereby closed and stopped up to traftic of al!
kinds.

The said lands to be so purchased as aforesaid shail, when so conveyed to the said

City, be established as an addition to the roads In District Lot 232, Group 1, New
Westminster District.

The Mayor and City Cierk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam are hereby
authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds, maps, receipts and other documents on
behalf of the said City as may be necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to atfix
the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Nova Scotia Avenue (South Side) Road
Exchange Bylaw, 1987, No. 2250".
