The consultant Was asked to rey coniferous trees in the back~-lot a Street in Port Coquitlam. of 1983, and since t trees and the direction of Tean, All of the trees are in good health as assessed by visual] Inspection, but their size, proximity to residences, location along the Yeading edge of the forest, and direction of ] the trees hazardous. The large White Pine e May 1983 inspection, but has now shifted toward Lot 1089, The following recommendations are made: T. Remove the large White Pine as well as two larger trees next to it, which are located behind Lot 1085. The adjacent trees are Western Red Cedar and Douglas-fir, Top one large Western Red Cedar located immediately behind Lot 1089, A substantial Portion of the crown should be removed, Top two additional trees that are leaning at an angle of greater than to 15°, 2410 West 42th Avenue, Vancouver, 8.C.
