That the portion of Lot 33 included in the new Lot 255 be purchased
from Ursula Bauman énd/or Juergen Bauman at or for the price or sum of
$444.00;

SUBJECT to the City becoming the owner of the new Lot 255;

AND THA His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to

execute the necessary documents required for the Purposes afcresaid and
to affix the Corporate Seal of this City thereto,

Alderman Vater gave notice of motion for the regular Council
meeting to be held on October 24th, 1983 regarding consideration
by the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam to rejoin the Federation of Canadia: Municipalities.

Alderman Mabbett expressed concern regarding the length of
time B.C. Hydro & Power Authority takes to repair their street

lights,

Seconded by Alderman Wright:

That the Administration be requested to contact B.C. Hydro &
Power Authority and ask them to expedite the replacement of street
lights in the City of Port Coquitlam.
