THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COOUTTLAM BYLAW NO. 1936 A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, Ne. 1651", The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: i. The Zone Designation of A-1 assigned to Lot 11, Southeast 1/4, Section 6, Township 40, Plan 4318, New Westminster District is removed and the Following Zone Designations are applied: (a) RT-1 to Lot 1 of e@ proposed subdivision of the aforesaid Lot 11 prepared by Helge Jacobsen and Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors, which said Proposed subdivision shows the proposed Lot 1 as having an area of 750 square metres; and, (b) RS=1 to Lot 2 oF a Proposed subdivision of the aforesaid Lot li prepared by Helge Jacobsen and Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors, which said proposed subdivision shows the proposed Lot 1 as having an area of 562 square’ metres; and, (ce) RS-1 to Lot 3 of a proposed subdivision of the aforesaid Let 11 prepared by Helge Jacobsen and Associates, ... British Columbia Land Surveyors, which said proposed subdivision shows the proposed Lot 1 as having an area of 562 square metres. 2. The Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. 3. A copy of the proposed plan of subdivision referred to in Section 1 is attached to this Bylaw and made a part hereof. 4. This Bylaw may be cited for all Purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1983, No. 1936", Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Twenty- fourth day.of January, 1983.
