Campbell, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, M.A. Thompson, and L.M. Traboulay in attendance. Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock, Assistant City Engineer L. Melnechenko, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, City Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, Recreation Director Janna Taylor, Works & Utilities Superintendent G.W. Ulmer, and Mrs. D.L. Vyse. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES: Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That the minutes of the regular meeting of this Council held on October 31st, 1977, be taken as read and adopted. Carried. SPECIAL PRESENTATION: Alderman Ranger presented Civic Scrolls to the Coach and Team Captain of several teams that had achieved Provincial Championships.
