During the month of January 1976, there were 59 complaints as opposed to
37 in 1975. In addition, 42 dogs were impounded but only 16 were claimed,
therefore, it indicates that there is still the irresponisble owner in

Port Coquitlam.

The Low Cost Spay and Neuter Clinic is now under construction and is
on. schedule and will be opened on the first of May at 10:00 a.m. by tke
Lieutenant Governor, Colonel The Honourable Walter Owen and the dedication

Service will be conducted by Archbishop Gower.

The pathological incinerator is rapidly deteriorating and immediate action
must be taken for its replacement, otherwise, alternative means of disposal

must be considered.
