i, To the sale to The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam by
Meridian Developments Ltd. of Lot 268 of a Subdivision Plan of a Portion of the
South-east Quarter Section 7, Township 40, New Vestminster, which said Subdivision
Plan was prepared by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S., and sworn correct by him on
October 16th, 1972;
2. To the undertaking of Meridian Developments Ltd. to sell, prier to
December 31st, 1973, to The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam for the
sun of One (51.09) Dollar that porticn of Parcel "il" (By-law Plan 39975) of the
South-eist Quarter Section 7, Township 49, Plan 2493, New Westminster District
included within the boundaries of Lot 269 of a Subdivision Plan of a portion of
the South-east Quarter Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster District, said

Subdivision Plan having been prepared by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S., and sworn

correct by him on the Sixteenth day of October, 1972.

-. AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam, in approving a Subdivision of Lot 203, District Lot 479, Group One,

- Plan 37532, New Westminster District so as to create eleven residential lots for
Meridian Developments Ltd. will include therein as a portion of the said
residential lots a portion of the dedicated road now designated as Kennedy Street;

subject to the necessazy administrative and legislative procedures in that behalf
