NOW THEREFORE THIS INDENTURE WITHESSETY as follows:

2. The Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One
Doliar ($1.00) now paid by the Grentee to the Grantor (the
receipt of which to hereby ocrnowledged) and the coven-

ants of the @rantee herein contained, hereby grants and
conveys unto the Gra:tee the fuil, free and uniaterrupted
right, liberty und right-of-way, cubject to @ Deed of Trust
and Mortgage in favour of Mor.treal Trust vozpany regletered
under No, 104897 ¢ and deeds hupplementel thereto, for the
Grentee, its servants, employses, Agents and 911 others the
licencees of the Grantee, from Lime to time and at ail tines
to enter, use, labour, zo, return, pass and repass (witn or
without eaterials, supplies, vehicles and eq:insent) along,
over and upon those two portions (nereinafter called "the
right-of-way") of the exid Jungs, containing Three Hundred
aud Two and three tenths (3092.5) square feet and Pive Hundred
and Three and elgnt cenths (504.8) squares feet nore or less,
respectively, which are shown outlined in red on Right of Vay
Plan 40766; and to dig ce and remove the soil thereof, and to
lay down, construct, install, operate, maintain, cover with
soil, alter, relocate, enlarge, reaove, repair, renew, ine
spect and replace over, through, under ard upon the rignt-
of-way sanitary sewer pipes with 611 necessary attachments
and fittings (all of which are hereinafter ecllectively
called "the eaid works") for the puryose of draining or dis-
gosing of water, sevage, liquid waste or any of then; and
