“The Odd Fellows and Rebekah “Association in
Terrace will not be receiving a tax break from the
District of Terrace. The association had applied for a
grant from council to offset a tax increase brought on

The incident apparently took place near Kalum Lake
Drive at about 8p.m. Police picked up a suspect within
one hour of the inciderit, and charges of indecent
assault are pending, against a 35 year old Terrace

The suspect was detained overnight and has since
