DISCUSSION:

The Official Community Plan Amendment: ia 4 requirement of Rezoning
Application 19/94.

The Rezoning Application permita more Flexibility to commercial and retail
uae of the existing building, which cannot be used in ites entirety under the
current zone, as it was designated to accommodate two stores.

With the change of zoning the off-site requirements will require the
property to be upgraded and will enhance the area. It is therefore
recommended that this application be supported.
