The Municipal Couricil of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City
Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, January Sth, 1981 at 7:30 pem.
to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651".

By-law No. 1795: to rezone Lot "G" (Plan 30474), Block

Lot 464, Group One, Plan 1897, New Westminster District, from A~1
to RS-1. '
This property is addressed as 2268 Prairie Avenue and it is

expected that the property will be subdivided to create two

separate single family residential lots following completion of

A copy of the proposed by-law, and other relevant documents may be
inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at
the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p-m., on
working days, December 23rd, 1980 to January 5th, 1981.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the
