PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposed townhouse project has 19 - three bedroom townhouge units over three storeys. There will be two parking stalls enclosed within a double garage, for each unit. Access to the project will be from Eastern Drive. The site area is 84,152 square feet. The site coverage proposed is 24.5%, the maximum permitted is 35%. The current design proposes 2.0 parking stalls per unit. The Bylaw requirements is 2.2 stalls per unit. COMMENTS FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS: Engineering Department: 1. All services existing - Development Cost Charges at Building Permit application. Building Department: 1. The City Bylaws require that the buildings be sprinklered; 2. A Building Code review will be done at the time of the building permit application. Parks and Recreation: 1. Landscaping to be approved by the Parks and Recreation Department; 2. Open space (playground space for children). Fire Department: The Fire Department has no objections to this proposal R.C.M.P.: No comments.
