Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning}; Satisfaction of Engineering requirements, including paving of lane up to Wellington; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department; Satisfaction of Building Department concerns; Consolidation of the properties into one lot; Issuance of a Development Permit; and Registration of a covenant to facilitate public use of the private sidewalk running clong side the rear service lane.
