DISCUSSION:

The proposed rezoning generally complies with the intent of the Riverwood
Area Control Plan. All single family residential lots fronting onto community
collector streets are to be large size lots with a minimum width of 15 meters
(49.2 feet) and 500 m2 (5382 ft

) in size.

Approval of this rezcning application will permit the construction of 7
new single family residences which follow the Official Community Plan for
"Residential". It is recommended that this application be approved subject to
the conditions noted above.
