AESOLUTION:

"WHEREAS the lands nereinafter -4escribed are required for ~runicipal
Purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

l. Those parts of Lots 98 to 101, inciusive, District Lot 342, Group One,
Plan 2894, “Yew Westninster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C. shown
Included within the heavy bold line and identified as area "D" on the
plan accompanying this memorandum be sold by tender if bids acceptable
to Council are received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and pest
the “Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda
‘locuments of this Council ‘Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are Hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry cut the procedures set out therein;

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the:
bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection
is appropriate.
