Parks and Recreation Department:
Preliminary landscaping plans and play areas look acceptable.

Final landscaping plans to be approved by Parks Superintendent
include plans for all the green space in the development.

Fire Department:

The Fire Department has no objection to the application, although the
department would like to see all complexes such as these sprinkleved.

DISCUSSION:

The proposed deve lopment compliments Rezoning Application 80/88 and the
proposed design generally complies with the design guidelines for Development
Permit Area X.

Subject to the conditions noted above, it is recommended that this
Development Permit be approved.
