THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2553 A Bylaw to stop up and close to traffic a portion of road shown dedicated on Plan 2797, Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster District in the City of Port Coquitian. WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 578 of the “junicipal Act”, being Chapter 290 of the revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the Municipal Council may by bylaw stop up an close to traffic a highway or any portion of a highway: AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Cerporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. All that portion of road shown dedicated on Plan 20671, DL480, GRP1, New Westminster District included within the heavy outline on a reference plan certified by Walter E. Frith, British Columbia Land Surveyor on the 31st day of October, 1990, a copy of which is attached hereto; is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “St. Michael Street Road Closure Bylaw, 1989, No. 2553". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 19th day of November, 1990.
