BYLAW NO. 2490

A Bylaw to amend the Annual Budget for The Corporation
of the City of Port Coquitlam for the year 1989.

WHEREAS by Bylaw No. 2496, cited as the “Annual Budget Bylaw, 1989, No.
7436", the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam adopted the Annual Budget for the year 1989;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to amend the said Annual Budget;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: .

Schedule “A” of the “Annual Budget Bylaw, 1989, No. 2426" is hereby
amended by substituting the amounts set forth in Schedule "A” to this
Bylaw under the heading "1989 Amended Budget".

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Annual Budget Bylaw,
1989, No. 2426, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2490.”
