Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2462: to rezone a) Lots 3 and 4 Block 12 Section 17 Block 6 North Range One East Plan 2416 New Westminster District A-l (Agricultural) to cs—1 (Highway Commercial), That portion of Parcel 24 Section 17 Block 6 North Range One East Reference Plan 65282 Lying east of the highway shown on Right-of-Way Plan 62344 from M-2 (Heavy Industrial) to cs—] (Highway Commercial) The property is located at Trenton Street just east of the Mary Hill Bypass and would permit the property to be consolidated to form one lot.
