BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of May 15th, 1989 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of this Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of June 13th, 1989. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be considered by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the Development Variance Permit should be issued. R.A.
