PERSONNEL Associated Engineering propose to assign two engineers with exten- sive experience in dyking projects in the Lower Mainiand to this project. The project manager will be Alistair Black, P.Eng., who is Manager, Dyking and Drainage. Mr. Black will be assisted by Mr. S. Gunadasa, P.Eng., aS project engineer, who has detailed knowledge of the site through his involvement as project engineer on adjacent Coquitlam River dykes. We have attached resumes for these two key personnel for your review. In addition, Associated Engineering has a large staff of experienced designers, technologists, draftspersons and support staff, who will be available for assistance on this project as required, to ensure the timely completion of the work. SCHEDULE Associated Engineering can proceed immediately upon authorization. It is estimated the report can be produced in two months but under- stand the work will be coordinated with the schedule for Coquitlam River flood control works. FEES As requested, we have reviewed the project to establisn a_ fee estimate for this work. Based on the scope of the project outlined in the terms of reference and our assumptions and proposed scope of services detailed above, we shall be pleased to prepare this report for a fixed fee of $12,400 as outlined below. ASSOCIATED ENGINEERING
