1. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit
11/91; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the document, when
completed, subject to:

a. Lompletion of rezoning application 36/89;

b. Submission of a landscaping plan and bonding to the satisfaction of
the Parks and Recreation Department.

1. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit
10.91; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to Sign the document, when
completed, subject to:

a. The applicant being advised that if the alteration exceeds 25% of the
current assessed value of the existing building, then the entire
building aust be sprinklered;

That the applicant be advised that Bullding Code requirements will be
reviewed at the time of Building Permit application; and

All improvements and additions proposed to be undertaken in one phase.
